How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 2-4 business days. Once your order ships we send a tracking link by email, so you can follow it the whole way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $50, and a flat $5 below that. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 30 days to send it back, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Just write in and we will send you the return details.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Write in as soon as you can — through the form on this page or by email — and we will change or cancel it before it ships. Once it is on its way we can still help you sort it out.

What if something arrives damaged?
